Operational Prediction Intelligence
DisasterX utilizes the 'Our AI' engine for probabilistic hazard forecasting. These models analyze atmospheric telemetry to provide early warnings. Users must prioritize official NDRF/SDRF directives over AI-generated forecasts during active crises.
Field Responder Protocol
Registered volunteers and drone pilots operate as independent entities. DisasterX provides the coordination layer but is not liable for field actions that bypass local legal restrictions or safety mandates.
Data Sovereignty & IP
All telemetry processed through the DisasterX node remains the property of the ecosystem. Unauthorized reverse engineering of our spatial intelligence layers or drone-swarming algorithms is strictly prohibited.
Liability Limitation
DisasterX is a decision-support tool. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not responsible for data delays caused by satellite link failures or regional grid collapses during catastrophic events.
