For district offices, departments, NGOs, CSR teams and field responders. DisasterX is an independent platform, not a government authority: we check documents and confirm authorization before any access is given.
1. Create an ordinary account
Anyone can sign up. A new account can use the public app (SOS, alerts, help requests) and nothing else.
2. Apply with your documents
Choose your organization type, designation and the access you need, then upload the documents the form asks for (PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 5 MB each).
3. Document check
DisasterX compares your documents with the application: name, designation, district or organization, and dates. You see what matched and what needs another document.
4. Official authorization
A reviewer confirms your authority with the issuing office, for example by calling the Collector's office or your organization. A document match alone never grants access.
5. Access
Once a reviewer approves, the role is added to your account and you sign in to the control room with the same email and password.
Who reviews what
The DisasterX team reviews district and NGO/CSR admins. A district admin reviews coordinators, EOC operators, department admins and field responders for their district. An NGO or CSR admin reviews its own volunteers.
